It is very hard to get appointment by phone. Sometimes you are waiting for half an hour and the appointments are full. People not ringing to cancel their appointments should be made to wait longer for appointment in future. Whichever doctor I see I have always received very good treatment and advice.

The receptionists are 2nd to none. Very helpful and kind and always with a smile and always go extra mile to help and look after me!!

Our care at our surgery has also been excellent. You could not improve it, in any way. We are very lucky to have you all. All the doctors, nurses and staff have always been caring, kind and helpful. You always feel they have got time, to listen and help you if all practices was like ours, it would be wonderful. The patient and myself are sorry Dr Fields is leaving, you will be missed, thank you for all your care and help over the years. Have a good retirement. Thank you to all.

Jane is personable, listens, caring and warm. Even though I only went to see her for my blood taking she was thorough and extremely helpful. A true credit to the surgery I hope this is feedback to her as she is a true professional. Best wishes.
